2022 – 2023 – Assisting Hard and Soft Landscaping business with circa £6m tender inclusive of take-off measurement, preparing BOQs, cost profiling, Risk Register and tender discussions.
2022 – 2023 – Guided SME on a £5m road scheme – with circa £800k of Compensation Event recovery and counter claim from their client of £565k. OCM actively dismissed the counter claim and successfully gained a signed Final Account.
2022 – Project Managed and circa £300k Building project to completion, circa 11-12 trades daily for 4 months, procured materials, liaised with Structural Engineer and carried out Quantity Surveyor role for client.
2022 – Completed 46 contract reviews for various clients, often leading to negotiation of T&C’s following award of contracts. Many contracts negotiated for large rail infrastructure and Nuclear projects.

Between 2015 and 2021, our company has been deeply involved in a range of infrastructure projects, showcasing our versatility and expertise. Commencing in 2015, we negotiated payment agreements for wrongly offset contractor deductions, ensuring fair compensation over a five-year span.
Throughout 2015 and 2016, we provided essential support for small housing developments, preparing change summaries and negotiating settlements to uphold our clients’ interests.
Moving forward to 2016 and 2017, our procurement and cost auditing efforts played a pivotal role in overseeing critical water treatment packages. In 2017, our strategic implementation of a piling framework contract with exclusive terms significantly improved competitive tendering processes, enhancing our clients’ project outcomes.
From 2018 to 2019, our comprehensive project management skills came to the fore as we oversaw various projects, including sewage treatment upgrades and civils deep drainage contracts, adeptly resolving issues and negotiating changes. Concurrently, we delivered impactful training seminars on NEC forms of contract and conducted insightful feasibility studies for airport drainage contracts, further demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
Between 2019 and 2021, our company facilitated ECI procurement for a client’s ‘in house’ contractor, managed large process packages across multiple schemes, and provided invaluable commercial support for numerous projects, solidifying our reputation as a trusted partner in the infrastructure sector.
